The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences has released its shortlist for Best Original Score for the upcoming 91st Oscars. Comprising of 15 original scores from the year in film 2018, the list includes well-known films like Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and A Quiet Place alongside smaller films like The Death of Stalin and Isle of Dogs, plus presumed Oscar frontrunners in this category: First Man, If Beale Street Could Talk and Mary Poppins Returns.
