The Detroit Film Critics Society announced their nominations for the best in film for 2018, with Eighth Grade leading all films at eight. The Bo Burnham indie is nominated in Best Picture, plus Director, Screenplay and Breakthrough for Burnham, Actress and Breakthrough for star Elsie Fisher, Supporting Actor for Josh Hamilton and Best Ensemble.
