BAFTA 2018 Winners List: ‘Roma’ Takes Top Prize

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) handed out its winners for the best in film for 2018 on Sunday. The highest film award in Britain, BAFTA shares many of its voters with the Academy Awards, which has made it a closely-watched precursor for what will win at the Oscars.

Roma won the Best Film award, on top of the awards for Best Director, Best Cinematography and Best Film Not in the English Language. The acting prizes went to Rami Malek for Bohemian Rhapsody, Mahershala Ali for Green Book and Olivia Colman and Rachel Weisz for The Favourite.
